I ordered my case several months ago and still haven’t received it.

I received my iPhone 16 Pro Max Flag case (37 days after being charged for it) on March 14 and I have encountered the following problem:
-the magnet for the mag safe compatibility is very weak, preventing me from attaching my iPhone with case to my bedside charging stand, my camera grip, my slim wallet attachment and my mag safe power bank.

This is my 5th flag case, with the last 2 being mag safe compatible and working flawlessly when attaching my accessories (both had very strong magnets).

I was hoping that this was simply some sort of a manufacturing mistake and I emailed Kasemakers at multiple email addresses to inform them of the issue and request a replacement but have received NO RESPONSE.

It’s too bad as the cases themselves are pretty awesome at protecting a phone, but without a strong magnet the new case is relatively useless to me.

Two things here - First, I ordered my case and it arrived 9 weeks after I ordered which has never been the case with previous orders. I also had very little communication during this timeframe. Secondly, I was sent the wrong case LOL. Decided to move to another case company after this experience.

MagSafe works poorly on upright iPhone stand from Anker. The phone charges, but the magnet isn’t strong enough to hold the phone through the wooden case. It falls off. Will be going back to my old case.

Never received produxt, terrible customer service

You guys probably shouldn’t t be asking me how I’m enjoying my case when I haven't received it in over a month. I’ve reached out to Jake and get zero response. Even an automated one would be better than nothing.

I never receive my case. They will not return emails

Impossible to communicate with once order is placed.

I ordered one for myself and one for a gift. Unfortunately, I have not been able to give the other away yet. Beautiful case and will recommend to my friends.

No one returns ur emails at all. Still haven’t got the case it’s been over a month

I’ve ordered from Kasemakers before and never had issues. But I ordered this phone case in September and it didn’t ship until January. I reached out to the company multiple times asking to cancel the order and asked for a refund and they never responded.

Never recorded either product I paid for. But recorded emails asking me how they are. It’s been months now. Don’t do business with these people.

Never received shipping notice or any product. Requested cancellation but no response. This is ascam company.

The individual product itself is great. Looks good and protects my phone well. However it did take 3 weeks for my case to ship. Understandable that since its custom and made to order it may take longer but when I reached out 3 times for an update on when it would ship, crickets. Reached out to every email I could since there were no phone number associated with this business. All in all I wont buy again and am surprised they didn't just take my money and ran.

I have sent multiple emails concerning my order that I have never received but yet the money has been taken out of my account and I haven’t gotten any response to any of my emails. It has been 6 weeks since I placed order and haven’t received it or got any explanation as to why and can’t get anymore to respond to let me know what is going on with my order. I will not be ordering for this company again and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Customer Service is garbage. Zero Communication.

Ordered and paid for Case which is normal. Had not heard a thing about when it would ship. I emailed 3 times and still have not had anyone reply to any of the emails. After the 3rd email, a few days later I did get a notification that it had shipped. I still have heard nothing back from them about any of the 3 emails. Communication is KEY.

The kraken case looks and feels absolutely amazing and is simultaneously one of the most protective cases I’ve ever owned. 5/5 stars for me will definitely buy from them again.

The best case i’ve had in my life, quality, buolding and materials, slowest delivery, 4 emails sent and no answer, its just a pity.

I ordered a case for my iPhone 15 Pro. First, it took a month to receive my package. I emailed them 2 weeks after I ordered asking the status and received no reply. Then when I received my package, they sent the wrong case. They sent me a case for the iPhone 15, not the iPhone 15 Pro which is what I ordered. I emailed them a second time informing them of their mistake and still no reply or care. Very disappointed. Waste of my time and money.

Said it was delivered but I didn’t see it in my mailbox so it was probably stolen
