I have sent multiple emails concerning my order that I have never received but yet the money has been taken out of my account and I haven’t gotten any response to any of my emails. It has been 6 weeks since I placed order and haven’t received it or got any explanation as to why and can’t get anymore to respond to let me know what is going on with my order. I will not be ordering for this company again and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Customer Service is garbage. Zero Communication.

Ordered and paid for Case which is normal. Had not heard a thing about when it would ship. I emailed 3 times and still have not had anyone reply to any of the emails. After the 3rd email, a few days later I did get a notification that it had shipped. I still have heard nothing back from them about any of the 3 emails. Communication is KEY.

The kraken case looks and feels absolutely amazing and is simultaneously one of the most protective cases I’ve ever owned. 5/5 stars for me will definitely buy from them again.

The best case i’ve had in my life, quality, buolding and materials, slowest delivery, 4 emails sent and no answer, its just a pity.

I ordered a case for my iPhone 15 Pro. First, it took a month to receive my package. I emailed them 2 weeks after I ordered asking the status and received no reply. Then when I received my package, they sent the wrong case. They sent me a case for the iPhone 15, not the iPhone 15 Pro which is what I ordered. I emailed them a second time informing them of their mistake and still no reply or care. Very disappointed. Waste of my time and money.

Said it was delivered but I didn’t see it in my mailbox so it was probably stolen

Have not received my package

Unfortunately there’s not much to say…after ordering a phone case and promptly receiving a thank you, no phone case was delivered. Despite three emails to inquire about the status of the purchased phone case, the only email received is for a review of a product never delivered and ghosting otherwise.

The Shark

When the case was designed the location of the stars was poorly placed. Why would they locate the stars where the camera is? This makes it so there are barely any stars. Poor design.

It’s still not here I ordered it over a month ago and it’s only been saying in transit I love your phone cases but your shipping is awful

Beautiful case, but the slot/hole on the top of the case are reversed.

This is my 3rds case so 6th year using these cases. They hold up very well. The last one I had for 3 years and still looked great. My only complaint is the company was not responsive when I reached out. I emailed direct and reached out through the website. I still haven’t heard anything back.

Case seemed fine when it came, but it took them a week and a half plus an email to mail it. It was too small when it came, and now my exchange request is three emails deep with no response. Awful service from them, but they have time to solicit reviews.

Great case and great price

The wood is gorgeous and the groove on the sides makes it easy to hold.

Very functional and sleek.

I love the case. It is very unique and beautiful. Not very aromatic after a while though. It fits very tight on my IPhone14. Not necessarily a bad thing since I don't plan on taking it off. Seems to protect very well.

This is my second kasemaker flag case. They are solid cases that hold up great.
