DO NOT BUY- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought this with the American Flag engraving. It looked nice when I got it. After a few days the screws started coming out. The America flag panel ended up falling off. I contacted customer service about this and it took them over a week to get back to me. They asked me to send picture, which I did. I have not heard anything back since. I will never buy another product from this company and I had bought 2 phone caes prior.

Screws are an issue.

Love the wallet, but it didn't take long for the screws to completely fall out. While on vacation, I pulled my wallet out and it fell apart into 3 pieces. It was definitely annoying but not the end of the world. I contacted Kasemakers and requested additional screws be sent to me. They were very nice and immediately sent me a completely new wallet. I was very happy about this but still, I had a perfectly good wallet that had no screws at all. I try to not be so wasteful so I purchased what i thought were the correct screws, only to find out that they weren't long enough.
I'm still using the new wallet but already after 2 months I'm missing 5 screws. Although the wallet looks really cool and works well, if the screws fall out, its not a very functional wallet anymore. I'd recommend holding off on purchasing one until they figure out the issue, or just plan on adding a loctite/adhesive to the screws to ensure they don't come out later. They are not priced at a range that would justify the time and money to correct the engineering issues IMO.
